Appointments & Availability
- How soon can I get an appointment? We currently offer weekly appointments, on wednedsays 10-3pm.
- Can I book online or do I need to call? You can book directly online, or phone us if you have more questions.
- How long is a standard GP consultation? Between 15-30 minutes depending on your needs
Costs & Payment
- How much does a GP consultation cost? £65-£100, further treatment will come at further cost.
- What is included in the consultation fee? A general review of your raised issues, referal or prescription where necessary.
- Are there additional costs for prescriptions, blood tests, or referrals? Yes, only the consultation is covered, further testing or referels / imaging will come at a further cost.
- Do you accept private medical insurance? Not for general consultations, imaging or bloods may be depending on your providers terms and condtions.
- How do I pay — can I pay by card, online, or cash? Our appointments booked online are paid in full via card, you can call and make a deposit payment and the rest in cash on the day of your appointment.
Services Provided
- Do you offer treatment for minor illnesses (e.g., infections, skin issues, allergies)? Yes, if you are a first time client, please select the 15 minute consultation to allow us more time to understand your needs and assist with further treatment.
- Can you prescribe medication during the consultation? Yes, if the GP feels its necceasry, they can provide you with a private prescription, although this is included in your consultation, the pharmacy will charge you for the cost of the medication.
- Can your GP issue sick notes or fit notes for work? Yes
- Can you provide repeat prescriptions? Yes
- Do you offer health checks or screening services? Yes, our 15 minute consultation is best to assess your needs.
Referrals & Follow-Up
- Can your GP refer me to a specialist privately? Yes our GP can provide you with information on private hospital referals or directly back into the HSCNI if necceasry.
- Can your GP refer me into the HSCNI? Yes, our GP can refer directly to the NHS.
- If I need tests or scans, can these be arranged through the clinic? If we offer them, we can carry them out the same day or whenever the service is next available. If we cannot provide the tests or scans required, the GP will arrange a referral letter for you.
- Will I have continuity of care with the same doctor? Yes, you can choose to have the same GP while under our care. This will be limited to our GP’s availability.
Access & Eligibility
- Do I need to be registered with your clinic to book an appointment? No. You are welcome to book a one off as a non member.
- Can I still see your GP if I am registered with an NHS GP? Yes, our GP will not interfere with your NHS care.
- Do you accept patients who are visiting from abroad? Yes.
- Do you offer consultations for children and families? Yes, please contact us for longer appointments if required.
Documentation
- Can you provide travel vaccinations or medical certificates? Yes, please contact us in advance so we can arrange the correct documents and medication.
- Can you write letters for employers, schools, or insurance? Please contact us directly so we can assist you.
